Hello my name is Jesse K. Jeff. I was  born in Memphis, TN.  I am the oldest of my 9 siblings. I grew up in North Memphis on 5th street which is in the heart of my district 7.  I love the district and the people in it. 

I hold a Master of Science degree from Christian Brothers University, and a Bachelor of Art degree from  LeMoyne Owen College.  I have been blessed with a beautiful family, a great job, and a nice home.  I give all the glory to God.  

I am just like you.  I cut my own grass, and I wash my own car.  It is time that we elect a regular person who understands the day to day struggles that we are all going through.  If you or someone you love has served in the millitary, I am just like you. I am a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, and the United States Army. If you or someone you love has worked in Law Enforcement, I am just like you. I am a veteran on the St. Louis Sheriff's Department. If you or someone you love is a teacher, I am just like you. I am a veteran teacher for Memphis City Schools. I am pro Union and a member of NEA, TEA, and MEA.
